Shane Mcconnell: Superintendent

Shane McConnell graduated from American International College, Providence College with a Master's degree and is also a graduate of the RI Principal Residency Network. Shane has worked in many capacities in private and public school settings.

Erin MEDEIROS: Director of Special education

Erin MEDEIROS graduated the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in education. MRS. MEDEIROS is certified to teach early childhood, elementary and Special Education and as a Special Education Administrator. SHE has worked with children with disabilities for over fifteen years.

John Schmidt: Principal

John Schmidt is a graduate of Dickinson College and has a Masters degree in Special Education from Providence College. He has been working in alternative educational environments the last 15 years. He has been a residential counselor and History teacher, and a Principal in other alternative settings.

Jennifer Morgan: Business Manager

Jennifer is a graduate from Strayer University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing. Jennifer has spent her career specializing in Business Operations in corporate and startup organizations. She brings over 15 years experience in process mapping, best practices, and financial strategy. She is excited to join us and have the ability to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults.
